Cancellation Policy

Our policies are designed to keep high-demand appointments available for guests who are confident they can keep their reservation.

The goal is to reduce “just in case” weekend bookings that hold premium appointment times without a firm commitment. When a high-demand appointment is reserved and then canceled too late, another guest may have already made plans elsewhere because that time appeared unavailable. Advance notice gives us a fair opportunity to offer the appointment to another guest and keep our service providers booked during peak demand.

We also want to respect our providers’ schedules and income. All of our providers are compensated through 100% commission, which means late cancellations and no-shows on high-demand days can directly affect their paycheck.

Weekend Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Saturday and Sunday

Weekend appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total at checkout.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Weekend deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice.

For weekend bookings totaling more than two hours of scheduled service time, full payment is required in advance. This advance payment is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Weekday Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Monday thru Friday

Weekday appointments do not require a deposit for standard bookings.

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible. We understand that plans change, and we do our best to remain flexible during the week.

Late cancellations and no-shows may affect future booking options, especially for repeat occurrences or appointments requiring extended service time.

Group Cancellation Policy

Greater than 2 Hours Weekends

Require a 100% payment in advance at the time of booking, non refundable.

Greater than 2 Hours Monday thru Friday

Require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total at checkout.

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible. We understand that plans change, and we do our best to remain flexible during the week.
