Arrival
To ensure a stress-free check-in please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your scheduled service. 

We have a lovely waiting area reserved for Spa customers.

 

Spa Etiquette

Please silence your phone and use your spa voice. Doing so will maintain a quiet environment that will allow yourself and others to enjoy the tranquility inherent in our facility.

Privacy and Modesty
Our therapists are sensitive to your need for privacy and modesty.  Please feel free to express any concerns in advance, and we will do all that we can to ensure that your comfort level is respected.  Your body will be appropriately covered at all times during services.  Although not recommended, you may feel free to wear your undergarments if you prefer.

Cancellation Policy
 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

*Arriving 10 minutes after the scheduled start time is considered too late to start, and treated as a missed appointment.
