What’s the difference between EK's Four Facial Services?
The difference between tiers is how advanced the tools and products are — not the type of skin concern.
EK Signature Facial

Hydro Facial
A customized facial that incorporates technology to enhance results.
Chemical Peel Facial

There’s no “wrong” choice — all tiers are professional, customized facials.
If you’re unsure, start with the level that feels comfortable.
Your provider will guide everything once you’re here.
Do I need to know my skin type or skin concerns before booking?
No.
You don’t need to diagnose your skin to choose a service based on concerns like acne or aging.
That’s what your provider is trained to do. You can provide input on your pre-service form which will be texted and reviewed prior to your session.
Customization happens during the appointment.
Is Nanoneedling a medical treatment?
No.
Nano‑needling is a non‑medical service performed by licensed estheticians in a spa setting.
We do not offer medical procedures.
What if I know exactly what I want? (dermaplaning or men’s facial)
That’s perfectly fine.
If you're looking for an Anti-Aging, Anti-Acne, Brightening or Sensitive Skin facial reference the classic facial menu which lists commonly recognized industry recognized facial services.
Also, we list commonly requested specialty services — such as teen facials, men’s facials, back facials, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion — separately so they’re easy to find.
What if it’s my first facial ever?
You’re not alone — many of our guests are first‑timers.
Our menu is designed so you don’t need experience or prior knowledge to book.
